Acacia Care, LLC was established in June 2008 with a profound mission to support individuals with developmental disabilities. We are contracted through the State of Arizona to deliver dependable, high-quality Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to members diagnosed with intellectual disabilities (I/DD). Our goal is to enhance the lives of our consumers by fostering their independence and integration into the community.
